1. Booking and Reservations

By making a reservation at Tiffany Villa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out time is by 11:00.
  • A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the villa.

2. Payment Policy

Payment terms may vary depending on the booking channel and promotional offers. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific payment requirements.

  • Direct bookings may require a deposit or full payment in advance.
  • All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services or amenities.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible:

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in date.
  • Cancellations made within 3-7 days will incur a 50% charge.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur full charge.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you respect the following house rules:

  • No smoking inside the villa (smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas).
  • No pets are allowed on the property.
  • Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
  • Please keep the villa clean and tidy during your stay.
  • Report any damages or issues to our staff immediately.

5. Liability

Tiffany Villa is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for securing their valuables. Any damage to villa property caused by guests may result in additional charges.

6. Promotions and Special Offers

Special offers and promotions cannot be combined with other discounts. Terms and conditions specific to each promotion are as stated in the offer details.
